Juris Go System Requirements

Supported Juris Versions	The Juris Go mobile app requires Juris Suite 2.6.1 or higher. To use Juris Go in your web browser, Juris Go Manager version 3.0 or higher must be installed on the Juris Server.  The version number for Juris Suite can be found on the sign in screen.
Juris Go Licenses	Each user of Juris Go must be a Juris Suite timekeeper and must be assigned a license to use the service. To arrange licensing, call [phone], after which licensing confirmation and product keys are included in a fulfillment email.
Compatible Devices for App	Apple iOS versions 13 through 18. The Juris Go app is available from the App Store. Android versions 9 through 15. The Juris Go app is available from the Google Play Store.
Supported Browsers for Web	One of the following web browsers must be used when accessing Juris Go: Microsoft Edge (most recent version) Chrome (most recent version) Firefox (most recent version) Although other browsers may work, they are not officially supported and have not been fully tested or certified with Juris Go.
SQL Server	SQL Server 2016 or higher must be installed on server.
Microsoft .NET Framework	Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or above must be installed on your Juris server must be running. The Juris Go Manager installation will automatically update it if you’re on an earlier version
Default Juris instance selected	A default Juris instance must be selected in Juris License Manager. For more information, see the Juris Go Administrator Guide.
Juris Go Manager and Related Service	The Juris Go Manager is a desktop application with related services. It must be installed on your computer running Juris server. Only one instance of Juris Go Manager may be installed per firm. A link to download the setup executable is provided in the Juris Go license fulfillment email. These components are installed: Juris Go Manager. You use this tool to allocate Juris Go licenses to timekeepers. Juris Go service. This service manages traffic between your local Juris database and cloud-based services, which communicate with the Juris Go app. Note the following considerations when selecting a computer to install the service on: Install Juris Go Manager on your server running Juris and Juris Suite. Do not install it on any other computer. The computer must be running Juris 2.6.1 or higher and Juris Suite 2.6.1 or higher. To use Juris Go in your web browser, Juris Go Manager version 3.0 or higher must be installed on the Juris Server. .NET Framework 4.6.1 and SQL Server 2016 or higher must be installed on the computer. The computer must maintain a continuous connections to the Internet and to your Juris database. It is important to install the service on a computer that can handle the additional network traffic that will be generated by your mobile timekeeping staff. User Configuration	The user must be set up as both a User and a Timekeeper in Juris.

Juris Go is currently available in the US market only.
